On the First-Run of the DVD Rom the user was prompted to register the program via the internet and receive an authorization code to continue the installation of various components of the program. Once verified and installed, the user was taken to the splash screen and main user interface.

This tutorial DVD Rom made use of over 4 hours of tutorial video. The interface allowed users to quickly jump to any topic as well as link to various online and offline resources. The videos were controlled with a standard video controls allowing users to play, pause, fast forward, rewind or skip to the next video. Size controls also allowed the user to have the tutorial playing while having the Corel application open.
